RELATIONSHIP HELP! should i ask my boyfriend this?

Today my boyfriend and i were skyping and we had a pretty good time but then he started getting annoying and rolling his eyes sometimes at things i said which aggravated me. Anyway we got off skype and then i started thinking about it and wondered if he was tired of our relationship or tired of me bc he was doing those things. i cant call him back to ask him and i wont be able to talk to him for a week bc he will b out of town. i CANT wait a week to ask....so should i ask him whats wrong and is he tired of our relationship by facebook message? SERIOUS ANSWERS PLEASE THIS IS MY FIRST RELATIONSHIP.
