My lips are irritated to a point where i cant smile,and i have these red bumps on my cheeck.?

Okay so my lips have been irritated for a couple of days now,they are cracked,i have 2 cold sores,and it just hurts to smile.I think the problem being that i lick my lips alot,and i havent been licking them lately and now i have to be reapplying chapstick every 10 minutes.its horrible,not to mention i came in contact with poison ivy so idk if that was the cause?But im also always wrinkling my lips,and puckering them because they irritate.And today i went to the doctors and he gave me some hydrocortisone cream for irritation.And also i have alot of these red bumps on both of my cheecks.I just got them today..Does anyone have any remedies,or creams,anything that can help this go away?
