What was the name of this 1960s toy?

It was a clear plastic tube with a headband in the middle -- when you put it on your head, a ball rolled out of one end and seemingly went through your head and into the tube on the other side. Just an illusion since there were two balls. I want to say Boob Toob but that's not right. ??
