When I try to transfer audio or video files from my pc to mobile(memory card) a problem occurs.?

When I try to transfer audio or video files from my pc to mobile(memory card) a problem occurs.Computer shows that it cannot copy that file,the directory or file cannot be created.whats the problem?please tell me some suggestion.
