Why doesn't he show that he loves me?

Hi, I'm 13 and I really love this guy. He is so amazing! Anyway, you know in disney movies where the guy and the girl ALWAYS love eachother back? even if they don't show it because of nervousness? So I know, since i truly love him, he has to love me! Right? SO he wasn't doing anything, like throwing pebbels at my window, or showing up at my door with flowers. In fact, he doesn't even talk to me! I mean if you love someone talk to them, right? So I decided that since it's the 21 century, girls can make the first move, right? So I looked up his address (school directory) And I showed up and threw pebbles at the window that I could see him in. He came out and asked me what i'm doing, so i said "I know you love me and I love you so we should be together!" He said "Who are you? Please leave!" I'm like "you can't hide love" And it continued until he cussed me out....but if he loves me, why can't he just suck it up, act like a man, and show it? Anyone?
