Are Big Lips Attractive?

Well, I Don't have THAT big of lips, Smaller than Angelina Jolie's, But still, people will make fun of my lips, And Call me ugly/ They'll pucker theres up and laugh as they walk past. Im only 11, So I know Im Gunna get teased, But then Random people come up and say they wish they had my lips and that Im beautiful. So what do you think???
