What are some amazing yet simple songs to play on the electric guitar?

Im pretty good guitar player. Im into music from the 50's up into the 90's. I listen to most anything between blues country and rock n roll. I play some Def Leppard, Santana, Guns N Roses, Chuck Berry, Hendrix, Johnny Cash, Howlin Wolf, Muddy Waters... stuff like that so if anyone knows some pretty amazing but simple songs in the blues and rock category please fill me in.
