Trying to install Roller Coaster Tycoon?

I click the setup.exe to install but at the last second it says "Access is denied" followed by "Could not install uninstaller program into Windows directory C:\Windows". So.....I can't install the game because I can't install the uninstaller program. Any suggestions??
