System start up repair?

hi quiton1..., if it is under warranty then call them i know you want to fix it yourself but they know what how to fix that problem if not then they will replace it so call them. another reason is that you didn''t mention what the computer is doing so no one can help you unless they know what problems your having so i could tell you to go into one direction and that won''t fix your problem. and i can usually point you in the right direction but i am handicaped to the extent of what i can do so call them is the best bet. when i went into computer repair i read a lot and i found that repairs is like neighborhoods so go down that street to correct the problem but when you come to a brink wall backup and go toward another direction. but a friend of mine told me to never look for a file remove and reinstall because by the time that you find the file your computer system is corrupted and all of that time wasted so never look for a missing file. good luck hope i was helpful to you
