Im asian and i have tan skin how do i lighten it?

i was this tan before. my mom has white skin but my dad has tan. But, when i was little i had fairly white skin. Now im a tan as mutha funker. they think im filipino or mexican. and im like im cambodian . muder pucker. anyways.... im getting off topic. How can i revert my skin to be white again?????????????????????
