How do i copy & transfer saved game data from my PC to my external hard drive?

I have Call of Duty & United Offense on both my PC and external hard drive but i want to know how to copy my saved game data to my external hard drive so i can be up to date in game prepossess just as i am on my PC, where is the saved game directory at usually?
