Fellow Catholics, do you find it ironic that we are usually treated with more respect by the atheists here...?

I think it is strange when any religion, Christian or otherwise, preach acceptance and kindness and yet people still rail on other people over the smallest things. I do think this is too much of a generalization however. I have met both good and extreme Atheists and good and extreme Christians.
