On all pregnancy test \you can see both lines without the color before you take them. The color is an indicator if there is no color then nothing to indicate. It is still very early to tell though. If your periods are very regular then you would have been ovulating around the 6th. If you breastfeed regularly, every four hours, then you should be ok. This is not a very effective form of BC but it does help some. My periods always did different things after each of my children so cramps might just be one of those changes. Honestly, the only thing you can do at this point is wait. I know that sucks but its too early for a test to show positive. The more you stress about the more you will drive yourself crazy.
